New York City: Honored with the Founders Award at the Hudson River Community Sailing Gala, highlighting the power of community-access programs.

Rhode Island: Kept it local at the Archipelago Rally, sailing with his daughter in a Dyer Dhow.

📈 The "CEO Corner" & Strategic Planning
Charlie shares an update on the new US Sailing Strategic Plan, set to be ratified at the AGM in November. His philosophy?

"Not everything can be a priority, because if that’s the case, nothing is a priority."

The focus is on creating a focused, high-impact roadmap for the organization that serves both current members and the sailors of the future.
