A new joint decision of the Ministries of Infrastructure and Maritime Health

(D1a / GL 18180) imposes the measure of temporary restriction of connections with overseas and charter yachts to limit the spread of Covid-19 coronavirus.

In particular, the decision includes the following:

 The temporary restriction of all air and sea connections to Italy, including arriving in the Greek Territory of private pleasure boats/yachts, for preventive reasons to protect public health from further spread of coronavirus in the Greek territory.

 The prohibitions hereunder apply for the period from 15.3.2020 and 15.00 to 15.4.2020 and

* This Agreement shall not prevent the drawing up and implementation of a repatriation program for Greek citizens in the countries referred to the info above. The restriction does not include:

Greek citizens, holders of a Special Homogeneous Identity Card,
holders of residence permits, as well as persons who own a primary home or

are partial residents throughout the year.
