The numbers speak for themselves, 1000 young helmsmen will kick off the Garda Trentino racing season during Easter week aboard their own “Optimist” internationally considered the first boat for all sailors ...competitors and non alike. Sailing, Sport and friendship will be the ingredients for the first race of the season at Fraglia Vela Riva. Around one thousand racers made up of cadets and juniors and representing 40 countries will take part with everything organized to make participants, coaches and chaperones feel welcome. This is an ideal opportunity for everyone to spend a few days holiday during Easter week on Trentino Garda.

Garda Trentino in the Guinness World Record

In 2012 Fraglia Vela Riva achieved the record for the largest sailing regatta of a single class. The sailing club has also gained a record for the greatest number of organized regattas, with more than 100 competitions in a year.
