all right we're going to actually take

video the mast coming up this year

I forgot last year actually I didn't

forget I just forgot to press record so

we're going to have the video of the

mast raising and as you can see I have a

bipod that I made right here with some

eyes and all video that as I do it so

and you'll see step by step you can

raise a mast on a on a sailboat alright

I'm going to hook the jib halyard to the

fly pod that I made spam that will give

us a little bit of leverage I guess to

pull it up when i hook the other side of

the bipod up to the main sheet that I

use to pull it down

I use these click on babies days as the

magic goes up on angles it has a

tendency to want to swing port to

starboard so these adjustable straps

come on about third of the way up the

mast connected to the chains that I use

because they're adjustable you can

adjust me to whatever length you want

the problem is if they get too tight on

the way up then you got to readjust

everything so that's what makes it kind

of difficult for one person to do so

give us a shot and see what happens
