after an action packed and fun for the

summer of which we have no video to

share we arrived back at the old post

for another nine months stage we set up

cosmic debris on her mooring for the

harsh winter storms of the North Pacific

she is secured by our 73 pound rakhna at

the end of 200 foot chain to bow lines

it's 3/4 inch nylon port side to a tree

starboard to 200 liter barrel concrete

on the ocean floor and the stern line is

to a rail car wheel near shore then we

settle in and get busy with some

much-needed boat projects so this is my

next project I've decided to turn this

sail cover into a stock pack

I'm quite excited about this because I

don't know that anybody's ever done this

before I'll show you how I'm doing from

time to time Cheers

so I've been playing with the old dink

lately there's nothing more important to

cruisers other than the boat then there

dink over the past few years the old Inc

has been having problems it leaks

constantly and we just haven't been able

to stop it

and it doesn't stay rigid for as long as

it used to either yeah it's a sad state

of affairs down there so we decided to

give it a bit of TLC we brought it up to

the dock into a lodge for an overhaul

try this again remember so what I've

decided to do is use the leftover luck

teeth from when we converted our Yankee

from Hank on to further which is very

cool because I just cut it in to you

know the size that I needed I've already

got my line in there I'm just gonna

stitch it so OH

let's focus there it is that's what I'm

going to do I'm making 13 of these look

from the left take left over left take

and that will get sewed to the cover

this is how it's working out stay tuned

for more they do have a little wrench

this is the problem with getting old put

something down turn around and it just

disappears I don't know where they go

outpost is more like and circle around

the openings and the lodge and smoke

rises up to the gods and the gods inhale
