so now that the base cabinets are
finished I've described them to the
walls everything's nice and clean I'm
happy with it I took the interiors and
eyeglass everything on the inside first
so it keeps me from having to do it
later
so eyeglass and put a 6-ounce cloth on
the interior epoxy did it all in and
then installed the cabinet's permanently
epoxy them to the walls and did my
little radius trick put the 1 inch
radius of thickened epoxy to the hull
and then layered the entire base
cabinets with a 6 ounce cloth and
blended all that glass cloth into the
hall the floor and the walls it made
those permanently attached and there in
forget ok so the next thing I had to do
was build this little mini curve around
the perimeter of this room and I do that
by cutting Baltic mat into three quarter
inch strips and I'll have to pre cut any
corners or radius work before I soaked
it in epoxy I'll saturate it 100% let us
up for about two three minutes and then
stick it right to the ground probably
about two inches off of each surface
after its fired off I sanded smooth
radius the back edge Ferit smooth prime
it and paint it and why I put the curb
up is it gives the vinyl flooring you
know you've got your curb and it gives
your vinyl flooring something to go up
again so you don't have that rigid
transition when you're trying to get a
flat piece of vinyl up the wall or
around a cabinet and the system I have
done throughout the vessel and it works
pretty slick so I'm gonna keep going
with it I've only got a few more rooms
left and there you go ok so now that the
entire room is covered in glass cloth
and epoxy I'll let it cure for a couple
days and then it's time to start all the
cutouts I want to cut out as much as I
can at this point to give me access for
the next step so I cut out all my
electrical I cut out the sinks I cut out
all the cabinet door
I cut out lights everything I could just
I cut out of there and why I want to cut
at this point is because it's time to
start fairing this room out and the more
I cut out the more access I have to
behind the scenes so ou take an
ultra-light fairing compound and just
skim coat this room and just start
sanding sand it out to make it layer a
little bit more fair and compound sanded
out just kind of repeat and repeat and
repeat this whole process for this size
room took me about 16 hours to get the
fairing down about another six or eight
hours to sand it out and I just kept
kept going until I reach the desired
surface that I like and once you're
happy with it that's where the the fun
part comes the priming and the painting
because now your projects starting to
come together
somewhat
let's see what teal is doing right now
okay
see how far he's gotten painting master
head hello are you all master I would
help but we only have one mask so you
know but I'm a good participant right
good I'm thinking it looks good so how
many coats okay
I approve next up we're gonna be doing
the lighting Oh pulling them two sinks
counters toilet it's gonna be a fun
project once it's done I'm gonna really
enjoy the heck out of this room putting
all my fun stuff in here I can't wait to
decorate I want to start nesting Kevin
hi it's coming
is it changing what do you think okay so
if they do look like toilets don't they
except for you better not use that as a
toilet you're silly
okay so you're gonna help me run some
wires in a minute okay okay sounds good
that's gonna be one of the lights up
there
see these four lights with the wire
those and we're gonna put a switch
outlet right here a switch in the outlet
that's your my job today you got it yep
should fit right in there perfect I know
well we'll put the password now we'll
put little screws in just glue it in now
okay sounds good can you help me run
some wire okay
okay what we're gonna do I'm gonna go
down and the head let me open this up
take the 18 to right here and I want you
to stuff it through this hole right here
so unroll it put it up here and then
feed it through till I get it on the
other side okay okay start going okay
okay right there perfect okay now take
the 16 3 yep and this see this big hole
right here start stuffing it down there
until I could get it
okay perfect
okay thank you
now holster you are a Philly kid making
dinner
hey am I still need help get back over
here okay cut this off right here right
there
really hard use your muscles
perfect okay now take this again and put
it down there until I get put in the
rest yeah so you might have to strain it
out a little bit okay okay start going
is it going or is this getting stuck
okay try it again okay here swap me I'll
go to the top you go on the bottom you
tell me when it comes through

[Music]
okay so Till's just finishing up the
doors in our head and then I get to put
in there okay so here's what I've done
put your little stainless detail on the
front looks nice thanks
and your new cabinetry doors look at
this level in centimeters on those I
love it there's the other one
countertop is just has a black epoxy
pigment going right now we stopped to do
the granite work on this we'll save that
for a little bit nicer weather okay oh
here's something fun done here what do
you think these are for Michelle yeah
here's how it works
got your fancy little shell here just
snaps on looks good it snaps off snap on
snap off yep okay back to work okay so
then I get to I get a fills up right
yeah pretty soon let me just do a couple
more things you can start your process
put a couple of cleats here so you can
hang a couple hand towels and then that
is heating put put a heating duct in
here so yeah so we're getting there
after that then we'll probably put on
the water yeah I'll I'll wait a little
bit till we get the granite dam and then
I'll cut in the the faucets and hook up
the drains but we're getting close I
love it
