this is our old gas cooker

it's a Bavaria cooker and it's not done

a bad job but Beverly really really

really wants a grill and you know

hopefully by the end of the day that is

exactly what she's going to have now

it's not quite the Last Supper they're

certainly gonna be our last breakfast on

this dough if everything goes to plan if

everything goes according to plan and

pray it to the grill which is how we

cook off both taste yep put butter in

there right the sticky labels off the

bread yeah fair enough we put our butter

in

I need our extractor Kadamba the noise

yeah the destructor rummy yeah and now

we actually put this put the bread in

and this is how you cook folk taste

without a grill this is what Bev has

cooked up for me is our last breakfast

or should we say alas breakfast on this

cooker on this cooker

okay so eggs sausages mushrooms bacon or

in a bit of that salami at RIT so both

that salami enter it so and then it's

good with it I've got green tea and

fresh orange juice right and do you know

what we're gonna do with it now yep

we're gonna eat it projects don't always

go according to plan

Bev and I had got ourselves salty

because we're gonna get the engineer

here and all this sort of stuff and you

know we've got a self sorted - for the

boat fo get in the car engine

we've just had a phone call the gas

supply man can't come today we've got

everything out and now it's all hard to

go back in and we still got a roll

cooker hopefully we'll get this job done

sooner rather than later

the crew are watching in anticipation

we have bones who is our doorstop Harry

our uncle light Ellie and prudence

prudence being the mascot and early the

mascots companion so that is our crew

watching we don't pursue patient waiting

for our gas engineer to apply arrived so

the gas man has cometh cometh the hour

cometh the gas man

our old cooker which has served us so

well looking very seedy and sorry for

itself and the new cooker which is over

here this is the back of the cooker is

going to be all fitted up bandik oh nice

shiny days it's like a mirror yeah so

I'm looking at all this beautiful

mirrored finish stuff somewhere down

here is a rather grubby looking hole and

a rather grubby gaynor

and horror I'm doing cleaning babies not

having to use a id'd yep so the gas

fitter has gone to pity of hitting on

the tube and then hopefully test points

and fittings and whatnots will all work

and we'll be able to drop our cooker

into the gimbals I've got to clean it

first because it is wheezing okay so

this is the back of the new cooker and

what he's done is added a tea piece and

this little piece here is a test point

and that allows him to be able to put a

manometer on which will be able to test

the gas on it and then what he's got

down here is a different fitting so that

you will be able to push the gas on the

gas pipe on and use Jubilee clips and

you'll be able to use Jubilee clips

stainless steel Jubilee clips nope

so as I say this is our test point this

this is this is the manometer but nobody

did

ya have to test after test at 45 million

by 20 and we were just 117 you Said's so

I think houses that's a pass we're going

to class that some say well that also

means a been some pipe work that you did

is also pass back of their a new home a

new pump on there I just put a new

fitting so he's gonna go and get a

bracket so that that could be secured to

the bulkhead look at this it looks so

gorgeous so shiny this is a domestic

cooker and as you can see it's basically

a straightforward replacement for a

Bavaria cooker the only thing you need

to do is you do need to move the gimbals

up because we're we've got the gimbal

position at the moment that's not locked

so we're going to have to just change

the the gimbal position but other than

that that looks perfect to me

nonetheless look at this yes

screws in and then we're gonna do the

other side

luckily for you oh maybe luckily for me

that needs both of us so Bev are we

happy yeah it does have a listen circuit

which we have to link up to the boots 12

volts which we haven't done but for now

we'll just use this so yeah all things

being equal this should okay cookie with

gas

turn that off hit give me those yes drop

in replacement for the Bavaria fridge

that's a cooker beveling drop in

replacement for the Bavaria cooker the

Dometic moonlight 2 is almost perfect

it's slightly higher the gimbals are

slightly wider and you have to do a

little bit of work with the angle

grinder but other than that it is a

Friday strip forward more or less

in replacement and the it has a grill

which the oven didn't time in seven

seven yeah look your face doing that

baby's christening the cooker and what

is she christening it with yeah no

longer they are the photos which I feel

it quite like whatever proper term for

this is grappa dose now oh I need to get

the marmalade night oh yeah it's get

some marmalade you're not gonna believe

what I've just find in methey oh never

mind we didn't waste them so yeah those

those are the cracked skin ball mounts

and we didn't even know they're in the

box
