but we didn't have time to fit it before

our friend Karen arrived so we thought

well we've got the spare battery we've

at least got it and we weren't having an

issue with the starter battery but then

when we were coming down here to Abba

combi basin oh just stop didn't it he

just wouldn't start again we couldn't

get the engine to start and all it was

was we wanted a little bit of extra

power because we were going to just

bring down the sail a little bit yes we

jumped the hoist battery so we jumped

the house battery we've got it all

sorted bought we then even though we

sailed all the way down Abba combi Basin

know we still kept the engine going just

in case we have that issue again so our

friend has gone off she's gone off to

explore sunny Belfast and Bev and I are

stuck in the boat to get in battery sort

it's at last with our new battery the

positive terminal is here and the

negative terminal is there on our old

battery that's the negative and that's

the positive so what we're going to have

to do is we're going to have to put the

out the battery in the opposite way

around and stretch the cables this panel

here it shows the fitting dates and as

you can see whoever put it in didn't

bother marking the fitting deal so we

have no idea how this battery is yeah

and that's the issue you need to be able

to know that information so the year has
